- LA MIRAGE has had the ISO 9001 quality management certification since 2003 , for this reason a culture of rigor and compliance with and monitoring of standards is ingrained in the hotel that guarantee the correct execution of ICTE measures to reduce infections by SARS-Cov-2.
- LA MIRAGE S has, SINCE 2007, the Q Tourism Quality Certification according to the ICTE's own standard, the Institute that has developed the only valid measures recognized by the Ministry of Health for the reduction of SARS-Cov-2 infections in hotels.

Noble areas

During their periods of use, all objects and surfaces in transit areas, such as keypads for elevators or machines, handrails for stairs, etc. will be cleaned and disinfected.
The maximum occupancy will be limited in the elevator.
We have hydroalcoholic gel distributed by the establishment, as well as disinfecting rugs at each entrance.


We have reinforced our daily cleaning plans for the rooms, cleaning and disinfecting both furniture and textiles with approved products.

For a better cleaning, those elements and non-essential products in the room have been reduced.


We have implemented 3 fixed shifts to access the restaurant to avoid queues.

Upon arrival at reception, the turn of each service in the restaurant will be indicated throughout the stay.

The tables will be covered by single-use tablecloths and napkins and the cutlery will be mounted on the table.
We have single doses of vinegar, salt, oil, sugar, etc ... and we have eliminated decorative elements.

Coffee shops

You can enjoy our services in the cafeteria.

In it we have reinforced the cleaning plans and we follow the standards set by the ICTE.
We have the letters in QR code so that they can be consulted at any time.


Our animation team has updated the animation program with activities in small groups.
The material used will be disinfected before and after each activity.

Swimming pools

The lifeguards will check that the safety distances between the clients are met.

The hammocks will be disinfected before and after each use.


Our staff has been trained and equipped, with the necessary equipment, for the prevention of Covid-19
